Queue Management System (QMS)

The process is so simple to use. The user has to click 'Next Token' to call a token waiting in the queue. The token is managed by the counters. The token first is called by Counter A then after the counter user finishes the work then the same token is called by Counter B.

By clicking on 'Call Again' a counter user can call token number multiple times. Also counter user can cancel the token number if not appears after calling several times by clicking on 'Cancel'.

Clicking on 'Stand By' the counter goes on standby mode means no tokens will be called and it will also appear blank on display screen.
